Life coaching with Life Elevated offers an integrative and truly holistic approach to health and wellbeing, personal growth and transformation. Coaching is a process of facilitated self-enquiry supported by commitment to action.

The aim of coaching is to equip you with a toolbox of proven tools and practices that empower you to reclaim your health and wellbeing and discover greater purpose, fulfilment and wellbeing in your life. The work is progressive with each session building upon the last. Being committed to following through on practices and activities post session is key to the success of coaching – this cultivates the personal accountability, self-confidence and consistency needed to create sustained shifts in your life so you can THRIVE. 

Coaching sessions harness both psychological and somatic tools and practices including Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (CBC), psychometric assessment, Shadow Work and positive psychology practices; together with yoga asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (yogic breathing techniques), mantra (verses with healing and transformation properties), mudras (gestures that produce specific effects on the mind-body system) and meditation and relaxation practices.  

Cognitive behavioural coaching (CBC) was derived and developed from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). It is a coaching technique used to enable those restricted by emotional and/or psychological barriers to identify and move beyond limiting thought and behaviour patterns to reach their goals. The specific practices selected are tailored to your presenting issues, current and desired state of health and your life goals and aspirations.

One size does not fit all! Coaching with Life Elevated adopts an inside out and outside in approach that create sustained shifts.

Areas of focus within a typical coaching programme include:


Understanding of self – facilitated through guided self-enquiry and supported by relevant psychometric tools such as MBTI (personality profiling), EQI (Emotional Intelligence), MTQ48 (Resilience).


Health & Lifestyle assessment – current V’s desired state of health, dosha (mind-body constitution) assessment and interpretation.


Identifying your unique gifts and talents – they offer clues to your dharma (life purpose).


Defining what success means to you – creating soul centred intentions that guide you to live in alignment with your values and purpose.


Goal setting – cultivating personal accountability and follow through to achieve your goals.


Mindset – cultivating supportive and empowering thought patterns.


Exploration of limiting, unproductive and destructive thought and behaviour patterns – identifying and implementing cognitive behavioural coaching strategies and yogic practices to help process unresolved emotions, overcome addictions, limiting beliefs and unproductive habits and behaviour patterns to enable you to move beyond fear, self-doubt, low self-esteem, self-sabotage so you can THRIVE in all areas of your life.

Cultivating daily mind-body and lifestyle practices that support your unique dosha (mind-body constitution) for optimal health and wellbeing.

You will receive a customised yoga – pranayama – meditation practice based on your specific needs. Following sessions, expect to be given exercises that support self-enquiry and mental-emotional skills development. 

I recommend committing to a minimum of three sessions – this enables meaningful and focused time together to enable you to gain clarity and move towards your desired goals. Sessions are typically 90-120 minutes duration on a monthly basis to allow time for reflection and  integration of practices between coaching sessions. Sessions can take place in-person or online via Zoom, MS Teams or Skype.
