Approaches that focus solely on the physical body overlook the need to identify, bring awareness to and learn strategies to overcome limiting and/or self-sabotaging thought and behaviour patterns – if we are to live from a place of optimal health and wellbeing, purpose, connection and fulfilment.
Approaches that focus solely on the mind overlook the holistic nature of health and wellbeing; often failing to recognise that we embody our life experiences on physical, energetic and emotional levels – not just on the level of the mind.

So many women today are experiencing overwhelm, stress, mental health challenges, disconnection and, even worse, exhaustion and burnout. I know this all too well, because I’ve been there.
