Join me at Felinganol Woodland Retreat and yoga studio located near Cardigan, West Wales. Situated near the Ceredigion coastal path with its pristine beaches, lush valleys and woodlands; Felinganol is a truly tranquil space to take time out to relax, renew and reconnect in nature. 

Felinganol eco-retreat cabins offer complete immersion in nature and have character and charm in abundance. All cabins have electricity, are equipped with heaters and lamps and are just a few yards from a compost or flush toilet and shower facilities.

The round, pillared yoga studio built entirely by hand from natural materials sourced onsite or locally is equipped with underfloor heating and a wood burning stove makes for a cosy and inviting space for yoga practice and reflection.

In the evenings, retreat guests can enjoy a walk along the coastal path or relax around the fire circle over a cup of chai and welsh cakes cooked on the open fire or enjoy a relaxing soak in the wood-fired hot tub under the stars.

This all-inclusive retreat includes:

2 nights’ accommodation (Friday & Saturday).

Z

All meals – lunch and dinner on day of arrival (Friday). Breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast and lunch on  Sunday. Meals are wholesome vegan dishes with much of the produce being organic and grown on Felinganol lands*
* Food allergies and intolerances can be catered for if notified in advance on the Booking Form.

Morning yoga classes on Saturday and Sunday. Morning practice will be an invigorating Hatha style class.

Restorative yoga, meditation and relaxation on Friday evening.

Yoga nidra and sound bath on the Saturday evening.

Guided coastal walk and activities including mandala colouring, stone art (optional).

Unlimited tea and coffee throughout the day is available from The Lodge (available on a self-service basis).

Use of the fire circle, yoga studio and gardens.

Use of the wood fired hot tub.

A retreat bag containing wellness goodies valued at £50. 

This retreat does NOT include:

  • Transportation to Felinganol retreat. Retreat guests are required to make their own travel arrangements.

Optional Activities:

There is the option of booking optional activities and treatments during your retreat if you choose. These activities are provided by third parties and incur an additional charge and are not part of the retreat programme:

  • Massage treatments (arranged onsite in the yoga studio with reputable and qualified therapists known to Felinganol). Please enquire about treatment options and prices at time of booking. 
  •  A boat trip to explore the coastal waters and opportunity for dolphin and seal spotting. A 2 hour excursion costs approx. £50 per person. Please note that trip timings and availability is subject to the operating schedule of the local tour provider and not Life Elevated. 

 

Investment & Booking Terms:

£345.00 -£365.00 per person.

There are single, double and triple cabins available. Early booking is recommended to ensure that you can secure your preferred accommodation type.
