Step away from day to day life and gift yourself time to relax, unwind, renew and reconnect with yourself in the breath-taking beauty of Portugal’s Algarve coast.
This retreat has been designed to awaken your senses and support you to nourish yourself – in body, mind and soul.
4 nights luxury accommodation. All apartments and villas have a comfortable living area, fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining area and private sun terrace/ outdoor dining area with ocean views.
Twice daily yoga and meditation & relaxation sessions. An energising Hatha class in the morning to awaken and revive and a restorative session in the evening. Sessions take place in the beautiful gardens overlooking the ocean (weather permitting) or in the yoga studio at sister property and spa centre Alta Vista.
A 3 course Portuguese welcome dinner on the evening of arrival, with sangria.
Daily continental style breakfast taken at leisure in your own private villa.
A 30 minute full body massage and use of the pool and facilities at Alta Vista spa.
A catamaran cruise (light lunch included) exploring the stunning Algarve coastline and the option to try SUP paddle boarding for those who like a little more adventure!
Unlimited use of the lagoon style swimming pool, hot tub and private gardens and BBQ areas.
Use of yoga mats for the duration of the retreat.

Flights or transfers – please note that guests must arrange their own flights and transfers. The Algarve coast is served by Faro airport located 95km from Luz taking approximately 1 hour to reach Luz by car.
Our home for the retreat is Ocean Villas, a small self-contained development of luxury villas and apartments set around a tropical lagoon style pool. Ocean Villas occupies an enviable position on the ocean front on the quieter side of the charming town Praia da Luz.
A lane separates the villa from beautiful ocean view gardens that stretch down to the sea- shore. The main beach of Praia da Luz is on the other side of the fort a 5 minute walk away and the centre of Luz with its shops, restaurants and facilities and can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

Accommodation is on a shared Twin room basis in a 2-bedroom apartment or villa or a private 1-bedroom villa (subject to availability).
Twin rooms feature 2 single beds and have a private bathroom. 1-bedroom apartments are self-contained and offer a double bed, living space, fully equipped kitchen and outdoor private sun terrace/dining area with ocean views.

This retreat intentionally incorporates a lot of free time to enable guests to explore Luz, simply relax and unwind by the pool, on the beach and soak up the early summer sunshine from our beautiful private ocean view gardens.
If you are feeling more energetic or drawn to explore, you can take in the spectacular views of this breathtakingly beautiful stretch of coastline and walk to the neighbouring towns of Lagos and Burgau. Within walking distance from Luz, soak up the bohemian vibe of Lagos town with its large selection of shops, restaurants and cafes or soak up the sun on the stunning public beach. For a more peaceful vibe, head to Burgau, a quaint fishing village where you can relax on the beach and sample local delicacies in the cafes and restaurants.

Investment & Booking Terms:
£475.00 per person (on a shared twin room basis).
£595.00 per person (private room and bathroom in a 2-bedroom villa or apartment – subject to availability).
£675.00 per person (private, self-contained villa sleeping max. 2 persons – subject to availability).
