In-Person Events


Life Elevated offers in person group yoga classes, private one to one and small group yoga sessions (in a variety of styles including Hatha, Vinyasa flow, Yin and Restorative yoga) and workshops and retreats designed to deep dive into yogic practices  including pranayama (yogic breathing techniques), meditation, Ayurvedic living practices, yoga philosophy as well as Sound Meditation & Relaxation sessions incorporating mantra and the powerful sound frequencies and vibrations of the gongs and Himalayan singing bowls.

Yoga sessions are themed to create a specific focus incorporating asanas (yoga postures), mantra (verses with potent healing and transformation qualities), mudras (symbolic gestures), pranayama (yogic breathing techniques) and meditation and relaxation techniques.

 Yoga is for EVERYONE. Life Elevated classes and workshops offer a welcoming and inclusive space to just be and reconnect with yourself.

Join a class and experience the benefits of a regular yoga practice for yourself. All levels are welcome – modifications are offered to support students to practice in a way that feels right for their body.
